Return Policy

Please review the instructions below when a return is needed:

• Contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any merchandise for any reason. 
• The Arizona Hiking Shack is not responsible for merchandise returned without an RA number. 
• Returned merchandise will be inspected and subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Items returned due to no fault of the shipper (i.e. purchased wrong size) will be refunded the cost of the item less shipping.

 
There will be absolutely no returns on rope, webbing, webbing products, books or videos, unless the item was received in a damaged condition and an RA number request is received within 5 days of receipt of shipment.

On all other returns, an RA must be requested within 15 days of invoice date.

Items in the Bargain Boneyard are sold "As Is" and "As Available". There are no guarantees and no returns, other than from manufacturers when applicable. Any warranties/guarantees will be directed to the manufacturer.

Online purchases are subject to stock availability. If an items is not in stock, you will be contacted to determine if the item should be backordered or refunded.
